Dave Beerman, the current USTA representative for Polk County (region 3) will be honoured at the seventh Polk County All Sports Awards and Hall of Fame at the Lakeland Center.

Beerman graduated from Lakeland High School in 1961 and has been involved in public tennis in Polk County since 1965. Beerman is the recipient of many awards, including the Kraft USTA Community Service Award, the USTA/Florida Merit Award, the USPTA Award for 35 years of service and the USTA/Florida Hall of Fame.
