Playing Tennis can prevent breast cancer

A new, large-scale study says that vigorous physical activity such as playing tennis can cut the risk of breast cancer by almost 25%. ā€œIf we could get all adolescent and early adult women to be active with vigorous activity half an hour a day, we could prevent a quarter of all breast cancers before menopauseā€.
