City lifeguards leaped into action twice to help distressed athletes — helping one of them survive an apparent heart attack. Both incidents occurred at Forestmeadows Athletic Center. With the help of a physician also playing tennis, they revived the man using a defibrillator, oxygen and CPR techniques.
